Integrations Management

Purpose: connect CMDash to your security tooling so risk and compliance data populates automatically.

Integrations live at the top-level Integrations page (/integrations), not under Settings — the Settings hub has no "Integrations" card of its own; what it does have, under the Integrations category, are the adjacent admin surfaces: API Keys, Webhooks, SIEM Streaming, API Documentation, Export Destinations, and Custom Fields (each its own page — see API Keys & Webhooks).

Adding an integration

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Browse or search the catalog and pick a vendor.
  3. Follow its setup steps (credentials, OAuth, or client-credentials consent, depending on the provider).
  4. Connect. The first sync starts automatically.

Connection status

Each connection shows one of four states, not three:

StatusMeaning
ActiveHealthy, syncing normally.
PendingCredentials stored, first health check not complete yet.
UnhealthyCredentials were stored but the most recent check against the provider failed.
DisconnectedNot connected, or disconnected.

Sync schedule

Integrations sync on a fixed 15-minute poll. This has not changed.

Disabling or disconnecting

Disconnecting stops syncing and removes the stored credentials; data already synced is retained and you can reconnect later.
