These terms govern your use of the CMDash marketing site (this site) and, once you create an account, the CMDash application. If your organization has signed a separate order form or master services agreement with CMDash, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.
Trials are self-serve and run for 30 days on the plan you select at signup (Starter, Essentials or Command). A valid payment card is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the plan and price shown at signup, and your card is charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made and your workspace continues on the Free plan. Signing up for the Free plan directly never requires a card.
Paid plans are billed on the tier and cadence (monthly or annual) shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, plus any add-ons or metered overage you’ve enabled. Enterprise plans, purchase orders, and custom terms are arranged directly — email sales@cmdash.com. Specific payment terms, invoicing, and any discounts for your account are set out in your order form or in-app billing settings, not on this page.
You own the data you connect to and store in CMDash. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and, for customers, the Data Processing Addendum available from the Trust Center. Deleting your workspace is permanent; see the Privacy Policy for the retention and purge timelines that apply.
See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Current and historical component status is public at our status page. CMDash’s support-tier commitments, uptime SLA and service credits are defined on the Service Level Agreement page; a specific customer contract’s terms, where they differ, are set out in that customer’s order form or enterprise agreement, which controls over this page.
Except as expressly stated in a signed order form or agreement, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
This page does not itself cap or otherwise limit either party’s liability. A liability cap, if any, is a negotiated term set out in your signed order form, master services agreement, or enterprise agreement, which controls over this page.
You can cancel a self-serve subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling schedules your subscription to end at the close of the current billing period — your access and your data continue unchanged until then; we do not revoke access or delete data immediately on cancellation. We do not issue refunds or prorated credit for the unused portion of the current billing period. Enterprise and custom-contract cancellation terms, where they differ, are set out in your order form or agreement.
Before filing a claim relating to these terms, you agree to contact legal@cmdash.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally first. Venue, arbitration, and any class-action waiver are set out in your signed order form or enterprise agreement where one exists.
CMDash and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the CMDash software, brand, and documentation. As stated above under "Your data", you own the data you connect to and store in CMDash; using CMDash does not transfer ownership of our software or trademarks to you, and nothing here grants rights beyond what is needed to use the service as permitted.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Questions about these terms: legal@cmdash.com. Account or billing questions: support@cmdash.com.
