Read the platform source under NDA

Organizations on the Enterprise plan, and organizations in an active Enterprise evaluation, whose security, assurance or procurement review needs to read the platform source. The reviewers are people your organization names in the request.

Email security@cmdash.com with the subject line Source access request. Include your organization, the names of the reviewers, the release you want to read (the version you run or are evaluating), what the review is for, and the window you need.

Each request is approved by the owner of CMDash personally. The reply comes with the mutual NDA and any questions about scope.

• Read access to the source of the tagged release you run, in a private mirror, for an agreed window; or, where your process calls for it, an escrow read-out of the same tagged release for an agreed window.
• No copies. Nothing is cloned, downloaded or exported from the mirror, and access ends when the window does.
• A mutual NDA prepared by legal counsel. It is provided with the reply to your request and is not published on this page.

• Not a license. Reading the source grants no right to use, modify, build or run it beyond what your subscription already allows.
• Not source-available and not an open-source release. The platform stays proprietary; this is the decision recorded as ADR 0011: Open edges, commercial core.

1. You send the request. We aim for a first response within one business day.
2. The reply carries the mutual NDA and confirms the release, the reviewers and the window.
3. Both parties sign the NDA.
4. Access opens for the agreed window, read only, and is removed when it ends.
