What the standard requires
a. Monitor the system to detect: 1. Attacks and indicators of potential attacks and 2. Unauthorized connections. b. Identify unauthorized use of the system. c. Monitor inbound and outbound communications traffic to detect unusual or unauthorized activities or conditions.
